PSTC-16

Test Materials: The PSTC-16 Loop Tack Test involves pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSAs) applied to a stainless steel surface to measure initial adhesion.
Test Process: A loop of PSA is attached to the steel, then pulled away at a constant speed. The force required to detach the adhesive is measured.
Test Result Interpretation: The peak tack force, measured in grams or ounces, indicates the strength of adhesion. Higher values suggest stronger initial bonding.
